Overview
A 28-page seasonal catalog created for JAX Outdoor Gear to showcase winter product offerings across multiple departments, drive in-store traffic, and support fourth-quarter promotions.
Challenge
JAX needed a cohesive, winter-themed print catalog that would feature hundreds of products sourced from a wide range of outdoor brands. The piece had to appeal to a broad customer base—from gearheads to casual holiday shoppers—and reflect the quality and variety JAX is known for. Tight timelines and asset sourcing from dozens of vendors added to the complexity.
Approach
I led the catalog’s layout design and visual styling, ensuring a balance between clean product organization and warm, inviting seasonal design. Because product photography came from external vendors, I had to navigate inconsistent image quality and metadata across multiple supplier databases. I also worked with JAX's internal team and third-party brand partners to coordinate approvals, secure missing assets, and maintain brand consistency.
